Special Order / Delivery

Special Order your sofa and love seat at Brawley Furniture. We will assist you in choosing the right fabric, style of furniture, and brand of furniture for your Lake Norman home. Delivery is available for local patrons in the Mooresville, Troutman, Statesville, Davidson, Cornelius and Huntersville areas. Here are a few guidelines to ensure your special order or delivery transaction goes well. We look forward to serving you.

1. Special orders will generally take between 4 to 8 weeks to arrive to us from the manufacturer.
2. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit on all orders.
3. Non stocked items ordered for customers will not be retained as inventory.
4. We offer local delivery on our own trucks within 100 miles. For all other deliveries, we use Home Delivery Service out of Hudson, NC. They deliver nationwide and are insured.
5. Rates are based on total weight and delivery area.
6. Any damage should be noted on delivery. Repaired or replacement items will be returned to you on their next trip. Merchandise under manufacturers warranty may be repaired or replaced by their discretion, exclusive of transportation cost.
